In 2004, a free help line (121) was established to protect Palestinian children. This free line represents Palestine in the international net of help lines for children's support which contains 120 countries.
The program was established with the aim of helping and supporting-children and young Palestinians who are exposed to any abuse or negligence.
The program is activated by well qualified and trained staff especially in the area of giving advice call services.
